NEFARIOUS EATS is a fully equipped and Board of Health certified kitchen that is available for use by anyone who needs the space & equipment to cook.

 

You can rent the kitchen by the hour, month or become a member. Anyone can rent the commissary! Depending on intended use of food produced, you may be asked to provide proof of insurance, licensing & permits.

and information about the proper steps to take to start up your food business!

During mentoring sessions, you will learn everything you need to know about forming your company, permits, licensing, required certifications & insurance.  Marketing strategies and menu consultations are included.
